What is healthy food?

Well for me it is food that gives me everything I need to function properly, Healthy food is food that gives me all the vitamins, minerals, proteins, fats and carbohydrates that I need to function and feel good.


Your weight loss is 80% food and 20% training!


1) PROTEINS
If you want to loos weight from fat and not break down your muscles you need to get enough proteins. I am a lacto ovo vegetarian but I also eat some fish.

Good sources of  proteins are:
Fish
Soy beans
I also take protein shakes as I find it hard to get enough otherwise.

2) FAT
Yes, we do need fat, it is important.
